Fully qualified Chartered Surveyor in France, with over 25 years of experience. Duncan adopts a positive approach to find solutions to issues raised and facilitate the buying process.
Duncan qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1992, having passed the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Assessment of Professional Competence. This was further to the completion of a 2 year RICS approved training and work experience programme, that could be undertaken further to having qualified with a pre-requisite RICS accredited BSc (Hons) Degree from The City University, London, (1987 – 1990).
Post qualification experience within the property industry includes France, UK and Middle East. As a Surveyor in France, Duncan understands property from a wide range of angles having worked for a leading consultancy, and property asset management / development companies.
In order keep fully informed of the latest industry developments and legislation, he continues to undertake formal Continuing Professional Development training, as required and regulated by the RICS.
